Transformational Program Consultant
Turn your raw wisdom into a program people

can't look away from

I'm Tiffany Sinton. I help disruptive, sovereignty-minded coaches and entrepreneurs build programs clients finish, use, and are transformed by…
because telling isn't teaching.
And that’s where most biz leaders are getting it wrong.

Thirty-plus years of learning design + leadership in visionary education spaces, forged into work that actually holds transformation instead of just telling them about it.

I've reviewed hundreds of lessons, masterclasses & programs. The gaps are always in a handful of recurring archetypes inadvertently running the show (instead of the person who built it).
You could be The Generous Expert, giving so much, so often, that they're overwhelmed instead of transformed.
Or The Helpful Mentor, doing it for them so consistently that they never learn to do it themselves.

There are three more. Let's find out which one's running yours.

You already have a transformation gap?

You don't need all five. Even one is enough to block transformation.

  • Your clients say the session was valuable. Then don't do a single thing with it. The more you give, the less actually changes.

  • They nod. They understand. They still can't do it without you. Understanding an idea and making meaning from it are two different things.

  • They start strong. They vanish somewhere in the middle. Motivation gets them started. It doesn't keep them going.

  • The breakthrough happens in the room, and doesn't survive the trip home. Insight and embodiment aren't the same thing.

  • They keep coming back to you for the answer, instead of finding it themselves. That instinct to help seems noble. But if it's never designed to end, you're building their dependence on you.

If any of that rings true, it means there's a gap between what you're teaching and what's actually changing for them. Even great content and intentions can fall into it.

I've seen it in every program I've ever reviewed. Including my own!

Case studies

  • From Marking Essays to Free Time: A Copywriting Coach's Autonomy Gap

An intuitive copywriting coach came to me with a beautiful mind full of spiritual, creative, channelled ideas, the kind of content most people would kill for. Her sessions were full, her tasks were engaging, and her people loved her.

But her clients wouldn't post anything until she'd given it her tick of approval. She felt like she was, in her words, back in the classroom marking high school essays.

During our co-creative process, running her offer through the lens of my signature framework, two gaps stood out immediately: autonomy and thinking. We redesigned her sessions to give her people real decisions to make, real chances to trust their own judgement, instead of waiting on hers.

In the next iteration of her program, she felt lighter. She wasn't reading and correcting every piece of writing anymore, and neither was she carrying the quiet weight of being needed for every small decision. The new structure held her creative, channelled way of teaching exactly as it was; it just stopped asking her to be the only filter her clients trusted.

She's been back for more work since, each time finding new ways to deepen the transformation without losing what makes her work uniquely hers.

"This is what she was born to do! Tiff is such a support to the creatives, the ones with channelled offers they find hard to map out in the traditional ways. There's no one else out there who knows how to weave my weird into form."

    Lauren W.

  • From Unpaid Hobby to Legitimate Business: Art Coach's Triple-Gap Turnaround

She came to me with an art and creativity program built on genuine expertise and generosity. She'd poured everything into it: detailed instructions, comprehensive lessons, nothing left out. She'd wait until every single member had finished one step before moving the group on to the next, making sure nobody was left behind.

It was thorough. It was also, ironically, teaching her creative community to copy, rather than create.

Co-creating her new membership, through the lens of my signature framework, 3 overlapping gaps surfaced at once: Focus (The Generous Expert… she was over-delivering, burying her members in more than they could use), Thinking (The Sage Explainer… she was doing the creative problem-solving for them instead of letting them find their own answers), and Autonomy (The Helpful Mentor… her precise, sequential instructions meant nobody moved until she said so, in a program that was supposed to be about creative freedom).

The gap wasn't her expertise or her generosity. It was a container built to produce compliant followers of instructions, inside a program meant to cultivate creativity.

We designed her membership to give her members some creative wiggle room within a trusted structure… room to move at their own pace, make their own creative decisions, and trust their own instincts, without losing the depth and structure that made her teaching valuable in the first place.

Since then, her membership has grown exponentially. She now runs in-person workshops alongside it, and what was once an unpaid, entrepreneurial hobby has become a money-making business.

"The sky is the limit when it comes to working with Tiff. I would be lost in that sea of mediocrity if it wasn't for her inspiring, supporting and guiding me through the process of putting my membership together."
    Lauren H.

Curious where your own gaps might be?

  • From Insight to Embodiment: An Astrologer's Lead Magnet Transformation

She'd built a 14-day email journey for her astrology and soul-work audience. A free lead magnet, but one written with the same devotion most people reserve for a flagship program. Every day held a ritual, a reflection, a piece of astrology brought to life rather than simply explained.

The gap definitely wasn't in her content. It was in the embodiment of the learning… what happened after someone read it? The insights were beautiful, but nothing was designed to help people integrate them, to notice what had shifted, or carry it forward once the 14 days ended.

After the review, she implemented close to 90% of what I had identified, including a tool I suggested, an Embodiment Companion… a reflection journal for her members to return to, so that each day's insight had somewhere to land instead of just passing through.

"I am beyond overjoyed and beyond grateful. This is a detailed piece of feedback. I've never seen anything quite like it. I'm really very proud of what has been brought together, and deeply grateful for your contribution. It's given me the confidence just to go out and do what I came here to do."

You’ve entered The Crucible.

Raw wisdom isn't enough.
Gold still has to pass through fire.
A vessel still has to be forged before it can hold anything.

That's what transformation design is all about.

All of my Transformation Design or Offer Diagnostics work runs through the same lens: thirty years of instructional design and learner engagement research turned into a framework for finding exactly where an offer stops transforming people and starts training compliance instead.

You already carry the wisdom.

My work is helping you forge it into an offer strong enough to hold the transformation you're here to create.

transformation design

You have the gold.
I'll help you forge the vessel.
This is where we shape your offer!

If your wisdom is real but still unshaped, no program or offer built yet, no clear container for what you know…

We start by mapping the shape of what you know,
how it actually transforms someone step by step,
then build the offer around that shape,
instead of forcing your wisdom into a template that was never built to hold it.

Start with Transformation Design.

offer diagnostics

You have a vessel.
Let's see if it holds.

The cracks aren't always visible from the outside!

If you already have an offer or program, but it isn't landing the way it should, or isn't selling how you know it deserves to…

I run your existing offer through my signature diagnostic lens… finding the exact point where it cracks: where it's asking people to comply instead of transform, or where the shape of the container doesn't match the wisdom inside it.

I've reviewed hundreds of programs. There are five recurring gaps running through nearly all of them.

The more you give, the less lands… That's The Generous Expert. Care that was never designed to end becomes dependence, and that's The Helpful Mentor.
Three more waiting to be found. Plus how each one shows up, and how to fix it.
